Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika (optional, but highly recommended)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
(High heat = maximum crispiness 😏🔥) - In a large bowl, mix together:
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Half of the Parmesan
- Add the potato slices and coat them well so every slice gets flavor.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray, either in a circle (like the picture) or in a single flat layer.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden and crispy around the edges 🤤
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and fresh parsley on top.
