Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika (optional, but highly recommended)

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
(High heat = maximum crispiness 😏🔥)
  2. In a large bowl, mix together:

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Salt

Black pepper

Paprika

Half of the Parmesan

  1. Add the potato slices and coat them well so every slice gets flavor.
  2. Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray, either in a circle (like the picture) or in a single flat layer.
  3. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden and crispy around the edges 🤤
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and fresh parsley on top.

😋 Final Result:

Simple… beautiful… and full of flavor.
