🥕 Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis, grated
2 medium carrots, grated
1 medium potato, grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
3–4 tablespoons flour or breadcrumbs
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional spices: garlic powder, paprika, or cumin
