Cheesy Chicken Twist Pastries

150g shredded cooked chicken (you can replace with tuna, turkey, or ham)
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg (for brushing)

- Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped tomato, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Add mozzarella cheese and mix well until combined. - Prepare the Pastry:
Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into rectangular strips. - Fill and Twist:
Place some filling in the center of each strip.
Fold the pastry over the filling and gently twist the ends to form a spiral shape. - Arrange and Brush:
