Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Alfredo Pasta.
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
6–8 boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the Pasta:
300g fettuccine pasta (or any pasta you like)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Cook the Pasta
- Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until soft.
- Drain, then return to the pot.
- Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, and mix well.
Set aside. - Cook the Chicken
- Season your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken on both sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same pan, add butter.
- Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute (don’t burn it).
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Combine
- Place the chicken back into the sauce and spoon sauce over it.
- Let it simmer 2–3 minutes to absorb the flavor.
- Serve the chicken next to the creamy pasta.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
