Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Alfredo Pasta.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

6–8 boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

For the Pasta:

300g fettuccine pasta (or any pasta you like)

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste


Preparation

  1. Cook the Pasta
  2. Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until soft.
  3. Drain, then return to the pot.
  4. Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, and mix well.
    Set aside.
  5. Cook the Chicken
  6. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  9. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  10. In the same pan, add butter.
  11. Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute (don’t burn it).
  12. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
  13. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  14. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  15. Combine
  16. Place the chicken back into the sauce and spoon sauce over it.
  17. Let it simmer 2–3 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  18. Serve the chicken next to the creamy pasta.
  19. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
