3 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup milk or yogurt
1 cup raisins
½ cup dried apricots, chopped

- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dried fruits
Toss the raisins and dried fruits with 2 tablespoons of flour. This prevents them from sinking. - Mix dry ingredients
