Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake
Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
Powdered sugar, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the lemon cake mix on top of the cream layer.
Do not mix. Just sprinkle it evenly. - Pour the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix on top.
- Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the top becomes golden and slightly crisp.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve it warm, and optionally add:
A scoop of vanilla ice cream
Or whipped cream on top
