Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)

Powdered sugar, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the lemon cake mix on top of the cream layer.
    Do not mix. Just sprinkle it evenly.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the top becomes golden and slightly crisp.
  7. Allow the cake to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve it warm, and optionally add:

A scoop of vanilla ice cream

Or whipped cream on top
